Role playing in the bedroom

10 Suggestions Cop and Bad Guy/Girl,
Doctor and Patient, Arabian nights, Stripper and Customer, Maid/servant, Naughty schoolgirl/boy, The innocent, Boss and Employee, Hooker and customer,The stranger

Cop and Bad Guy/Girl

In this scenario, figure out who gets to be who. You can have any female or male combination that you’d like, so long as you keep a straight face and a pair of handcuffs handy. The partner playing the cop role may want to knock on the bedroom door and holler out, “Police, open up!” When the bad guy/girl answers the door, they can deny anything that they’re accused of. But in order to be thorough with his/her job as a cop, they may have to handcuff and perform a thorough strip search. And this means EVERYWHERE a weapon just might be found. Fun things to use include a cop uniform and a badge, handcuffs (of course), and even a play gun for effect. The bad guy/girl can plead for their innocence and offer to do ANYTHING to get out of the charges…and their clothes for that matter.

Doctor and Patient

Much like the cop scenario, partners get to choose roles to play. The doctor or nurse can also perform a very thorough examination of every part of the patient. Perhaps the doctor is trying to make sure that the patient can still have an orgasm, or a few. You can use a lab coat and a stethoscope for the doctor part. And those cold ends of the stethoscope can help to perk up a lot of places on the body, as well as the heart. And what if the insurance doesn’t cover the appointment? There’s sure to be something that the patient can work something out…

Arabian nights

For a more ethnic and exotic role play, you can set up your own harem. This works out well with a male in the power position and the women as a part of the harem. Perhaps the woman has to perform for the man as he wishes her too— belly dancing and all. Or perhaps she is new to the harem and needs a little training as to how the master wishes her to behave and please him.

Stripper and Customer

Of course, many of the readers will automatically think that the woman will be in the stripper role, but this isn’t always necessary. Men can strip just as well. The customer can make sure that the stripper works for it. Perhaps a private show is in order if the stripper isn’t as pleasing as the customer had hoped. Wearing some provocative lingerie at this point is completely appropriate-- along with high heeled boots or shoes is a great touch.

Maid/servant

While the issues of who gets to serve who is a little interesting. Women are always wonderful in the little French maid outfit, but what about the men? Well, they can always be the boy toy at the command of their woman. Have them do inane things, but make sure that they’re in the skimpiest of outfits. Lots of bending over and sexual favors are mandatory.

Naughty schoolgirl/boy

If you’ve ever had a detention or just had to stay after school, you hoped that there was a way to make it more tolerable. Well, now you can live out that fantasy. No longer do you have to write your name over and over. The teacher can come up with other ways to work off the offense. And of course, the teacher will need some coercing into the ‘punishment.’

The innocent

This role play works best with the woman in the innocent position, but men can be there as well. The person who is the innocent needs to unaware that they are being sexy. Perhaps they can wear something overly provocative, like a body stocking, under their clothing and when the other one finds this, they can ‘teach’ them about how to please someone or something else that they can do.

Boss and Employee

Most people have had the fantasy about their boss or a coworker, so why not bring that into the bedroom as well? Perhaps there’s been a bed performance review or something that has gone wrong, so the employee at fault needs to find a way to correct their actions. On the other hand, perhaps the employee can talk to the boss about being promoted and offer to help with the process.

Hooker and customer

This role play is much like the stripper, but you can be a little more saucy and risky with it. Perhaps you can have the woman walk the street near the house one night in a provocative outfit, short shorts etc and be ‘picked up’ by the man as though she were a prostitute. There would be a discussion of what services could be rendered as well as payment.

The stranger

Like the prostitute role play, you can take this one out of the bedroom. Arrange to meet each other in a certain bar, but then pretend to pick one of the other up. Play it off as though you know nothing about each other. And then go home and find out everything that you can.

Sexy Lingerie and Your Body Type

You need to feel comfortable with your own body before you can feel totally at ease with yourself. Emphasizing the correct body parts, which is not necessarily showing more skin, will make you feel appealing and desirable. Always accentuate your positive features and play down or understate the negative. If your body shape is straight – with bust, waist and hips almost the same choose a style that will drape over your figure and stay away from tight fitting lingerie. Comfort is just as important as the way you look. Nobody wants to feel like they are being restricted in the wrong places.

If you have:
Small breasts
Choose lingerie that shows off your bottom or legs to distract from your breast size. If you are thin try stockings and garters they do a good job of lowering the eye to the legs. You want to bring the eyes to the area of your body that you feel comfortable with.
Large or Droopy Breasts
Styles in plus size lingerie with under wire or halter tops can help lift and enhance cleavage. Spandex and Lycra stretch materials will allow you to adjust your breasts and minimize them some what with a smooth look.
Large Bottom or Hips
If you got plus size boobs show them off! A long loose gown with a sheer top would be perfect for this. Avoid fitted waist styles; go for items that are straighter cut. Remember, you want that fabric to skim, drape or flow gracefully around your hips, not bind, pull or wrinkle in the wrong places.  If you do not want to draw attention to this area, consider staying away from Lingerie pieces such as Bustiers and Waist Cinchers because these garments are tight fitted and could accentuate this area.
Belly
Keep styles loose in the waist. Use fancy thongs, panties, or bras to bring eyes to more favorable areas.  Remember, you want that fabric to skim, drape or flow and not to bind, pull or wrinkle in the wrong places.
Short
Gowns with slits in the leg area will give you a taller illusion. Short baby dolls can also give you a leggy look. Short is not a bad thing. Select styles that are proportioned for your height. Do not choose lingerie that is too long either in length or on the rise. If your height or proportion is a sizing problem, check out stores for petites. If all else fails, finding an experienced seamstress is invaluable.
Tall
Find styles that are vertically striped or cut. Tops or skirts that tie around the waist. White is a good color for you. The main thing to keep in mind about your height is to not select something that is supposed to be long but looks too short. A long, flowing sheer robe that is supposed to be roughly floor length but actually hits well above your ankles just doesn’t work. It’s better to opt for styles that are cut to be short and highlight your long, beautiful legs.
Robes
Sheer robes can give you a sense of security in sexy womens lingerie.  Robes have the amazing ability to make you feel like you have covered all of your flaws. Get a beautiful, sexy robe and it could dress up any bra and panty set and make you look and feel like a million bucks.
Body Shape
If your body shape is a Pear or Triangle: A Pear shape is smaller on top then tapers out. This does not mean small busted. This means women who have a small upper body build. Try something a little loose fitting on the top – but not too loose.
If you are a Pear or Triangle with small breasts and are sensitive about this area, choose something that does not emphasize this part of the body.  A sexy baby doll may be a good choice. If you want to add some cleavage tries something Padded or Push-up Padded
If your body shape is an Up-side Down Pear or Inverted Triangle: This body type has wider shoulders and smaller hips. This usually means a muscular or bigger upper body build. Women today work hard to have muscle tone and wear it well. If they want to If you want frills, try to look for something to wrap around the hips. You may want to add an accessory like a wrap, robe, kimono, or a feather boa.
If your body shape is an Hour Glass: This body type is equally proportioned on both the top and bottom with a smaller waist. Almost everything worked well for this body type
What Not to Wear
Beautiful lingerie and indulging yourself go together. Keeping your lingerie in good condition and properly cared for will extend its use and will help you feel comfortable and sexy. Even though most of the lingerie we wear is not seen, it still has a big affect on the way we look and the way our clothes fit. Looking fantastic makes you feel beautiful. Here are a few hints:
·    Make sure your lingerie isn’t worn, ripped or the wrong size.
·    Thongs and G Strings worn under tight fitting skirts and pants will prevent panty lines from showing.
·    Legs look sexy and slimmer in black nylons.
·    Light colors make your legs appear heavier.
·    A one-piece body suit does a great job of hiding any bulges and makes you look slimmer.
·    Always, and this can’t be stressed enough, wear a bra that fits correctly.

Choosing sexy Lingerie

One thing that women of all shapes and sizes, from the most petite to the big and beautiful, have in common is that the lingerie they buy must make them feel wonderful about themselves. That means sexy, sensual, desirable but most significantly, special. When your special someone turns off the television because he noticed you in your sexy lingerie it’s a definite plus and ego-boost.

Modern women of today consider their lingerie as an important part of their wardrobe. Online shopping has made it very easy, and opened up a new world for finding lingerie that is sexy, exotic and remains comfortable to wear. There are a few simple tips to bear in mind when shopping for lingerie so you will always look wonderful and feel great.

Even though all women are beautiful, there are those times when you just require something a little extra to make you sparkle, and lingerie can do that. Fashion and comfort go together like peaches and cream. Choosing the right lingerie for you may take a bit of practice, however, since there is such a tremendous range of styles available. Remember, sexy lingerie does not have to be uncomfortable.
Tips on Selecting Sexy Lingerie
The majority of women can wear red, white and black. This is why almost all sexy lingerie comes in these three colors. Blondes look beautiful in pastels; brunettes need the stronger colors like sapphire blue or emerald green, while fiery redheads look fantastic in green, blues and earth tones. Satin, lace, silk, leather, PVC, sheer mesh and velvet are just a few of the many materials available. Remember that a sheer material is always going to be more revealing.

Picking lingerie you feel comfortable with

Choosing lingerie isn’t easy if you’re the least bit self-conscious—and who isn’t? After all, when you’re wearing a teddy or a baby doll, there’s not much left but you in all your glory. If you’re feeling glorious, either because you’re madly in love or you’ve just completed an astonishing diet program, you can probably put on nearly any piece of lingerie without feeling too self conscious. But for many women, sexy lingerie prompts the impulse to hide behind the nearest drape and get those lights off as soon as possible.

The fun of dressing up charges an otherwise ordinary evening with excitement. Women have used lacy nightclothes for centuries to woo men, to demonstrate their interest in their mates and to call forth the feelings of earlier times in long established relationships.

Your Mind

To find the best lingerie, first consult with your own mind. Are you bashful or proud of your body? Are you embarrassed showing much skin, or do you hit the beaches in tiny suits? Take some time to think about the way you feel about your body before choosing a piece of lingerie. It’s good to be bold, but if modesty can’t be easily forgotten, you may find that a sexy outfit makes you more inhibited, not less. On the other hand, some women find that lingerie is like a costume: you can pretend to be freer and wilder than you usually are. If you’re not sure you can make the leap from Shy Suzy to Wildcat Wendy, choose two pieces of lingerie, one more modest than the other. You can make a last-minute switch if you need to. Never forget that the purpose of lingerie is to have fun, to add spice to your life. You can certainly dress up to please a partner, but make sure it’s something you like, too.

Your Body

Play up your best features. Hiding your legs? Choose a long nightgown with spaghetti straps and a deep v neckline. Baby dolls and teddies show a lot more leg and bust, but make sure you add the right shoes! If you pair sexy lingerie with a pair of flip-flops, the effect is undone. Find old-fashioned feathered mules, or try a pair of stiletto pumps. Gloves add a fun touch, too. Empire waisted baby dolls are useful for hiding your tummy if you feel self-conscious about it, while still showing plenty of leg. And if you want to wear something sexy without putting it all on display, there are plenty of easy, elegant lingerie fashions you can wear even to host late night cocktail parties.

Lingerie Themes

To build the perfect lingerie wardrobe, consider organizing it by theme. Buy lingerie sold for Valentine’s Day, Christmas (complete with Santa Hat) or St. Patrick’s Day, with matching shoes. Collect bridal nightgowns or dress up like a nurse or a French maid, just for kicks or for a sexy hallowean. And for more modest but fun night fashions, explore retro lingerie styles—long, filmy nightgowns, lacy peignoirs and diaphanous robes.

How to measure bra size

Did you know that 80% of women wear the wrong bra size? The most common mistake women need to avoid is wearing a band size that's too big or a cup size that's too small. Keep in mind that cup sizes are relative to band sizes, for examples 32C is not the same as 38C. Your bra size has the ability to fluctuate as your weight changes throughout the seasons or years. Intern, many people tend to go sometime wearing the wrong size without noticing the discomfort. If you're looking for a better fit, here are a few solutions to find your true size.

  • Begin by measuring your bra size. With your bra on run a tape measure around your body underneath your breasts. This is commonly called your "band" measurement. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and somewhat snug.

  • Round to the nearest even number measured. For example, if your band size measured 35 inches, your band size should be 36. If you measured 31.4, you band size should be 32.

  •

  • Next measure your bust size. For this you want to measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. If you pull to tight it will give you an inaccurate measurement. If you are wearing a poorly fitting bra or no bra at all, you want to bend forward so that your back is parallel to the floor. Next, measure around your chest and over your nipples. This number should be rounded to the nearest whole number.

  • Now you're ready to calculate your cup size. For this you need to subtract the band size from your bust measurement.

    1. 0 to 1.5 inches = A, 1.5 to 2.5 = B, 2.5 to 3.5 = C, 3.5 to 4.5 = D, 4.5 to 5.5 = DD/E, 5.5 to 6.5 = F, 6.5 to 7.5 = G, 7.5 to 8.5= H,8.5 to 9.5 = I, 9.5 to 10.5 = J,
      10.5 to 11.5 = K
    2.
Before leaving the store try on the bra and make sure its comfortable.
    3.
Check the band size. You should be able to run your fingers around the insides of the band.
    4.
Check the cup size. You should fill out the cup size but not show bulging.

During recorded history, women have used garments and devices to cover, restrain, or lift their breasts. In the Minoan civilization era, around 1400BC, female athletes could be depicted wearing braziers or bikini like undergarments.
Did you know that the Greek really liked the breasts? In fact, women would wear all sorts of things to push them up or exposed them and show how big they were. Now the Romans on the other hand, they were male oriented, so the women would actually bind their breasts to keep them closer to their chest to keep them minimized.
The word brazier, in old French, literally means arm protector. The word brazier was used as a chest plate, kind of like a suit of armor. As time developed, the corset, which was similar to that same chest plate was then referred to as brazier.
The first bra was invented in 1813 by Mary Phelps Jacobs. She called her invention the Carr say Crosby. Why? I don’t know because it’s much easier to say bra.
A man actually invented the padded bra to protect female athletes during sporting events. Who would have known that today we like padded bras to enhance our bust lines?
Did you know that you can get a job as a professional bra fitter? There are a number of stores where you can be a certified professional bra specialist.
Over the past 15 years, the average bra size has gone from a 34B to a 36C.
Not only are women wearing bras these days, some men are as well. They may suffer from a medical condition known as gynecomastia, or it could possibly be because of obesity. The men chose to wear these bras for support and comfort.
Breast cancer is the lead cause of death for women in the US with cancer. Something you may not know is that men and women have the same type of breast tissue. So men can get breast cancer as well.

A short history of the Bra

In 1893 Marie Tucek patented the “breast supporter”, which had separate pockets for the breasts, with straps over the shoulders, and fastened by hook-and-eye closures at the back.
Although versions of the bra have been around for far longer, the bra as a fashion item was first reported in an issue of Vogue in 1907. The bra then spread though the fashion world, with each major designer creating their own prototype.

    1920s Bras

Unlike today's version of the bra , bras of the early 1900s were designed to retain the breasts rather than enhance them. Most of these bras, or “bust bodices” were more akin to a camisole in length than the bikini-style bras we now wear.

In 1914 an American called Mary Phelps-Jacobs patented a bra made from silk handkerchiefs and ribbon called the Caresse Crosby. She sold the patent to a company called Warners who, within a few years, had made several million dollars based on that design. Soon after the sizing of Small, Medium and Large went to measurement in inches.
The '20s saw fashions change to fit the boyish figures of the ever-fashionable flappers. With side lacing to flatten breasts, the Symington Side Lacer was the popular choice for flappers and fans of Coco Chanel's simple classic looks.

    1930s Bras

In the '30s Dunlop chemists managed to transform latex into elastic thread which could then be woven to make Lastex fabric. Bras became a big and competitive business and began to be designed for beauty just as much as for utility with cotton, lace and net cups.
In 1935 Warners made another momentous move as they introduced A to D cup sizes. In the 1950s, Britain followed their example.

    War Bras of the 1940s

In the 1940s, war influenced bra design. With material shortages, women began to make their own bras from parachute silk and old wedding dresses. Commercially produced bras were made from the minimum amount of material and bore the Utility mark, leading them to be known as Utility Bras.

    Emancipation of the 1960s

The 1960s saw the feminist gesture of burning bras and the industry was affected by this, but this was only a temporary setback.

    21st Century Bras

The 21st century has seen a huge rise in bra sales, and women now see them as another way in which to express their style and sensuality. Bras can now enhance, minimise and even make breastfeeding in public easier. You can even buy inserts to increase your cup size.
With a bra for every occasion and underwear giants such as Gossard, Agent Provocateur and Victoria's Secret there is a bra to fit and suit everyone. So prolific is the underwear market in the 21st century that there is even a sitcom about it called Veronica's Closet.

    Benefits of wearing a corset

For some women when the thought of slipping on a Corset comes to mind, one can only think of lying down on the bed trying to squeeze into an uncomfortable garment that is two sizes too small, or maybe having to have someone else lace or snap up the back of the piece so that everything tightens correctly and stays in place.
Some ladies are even fearful that by wearing a corset they may promote long term damage to their internal organs due to feeling a large amount of crushing pressure on their stomach and rib cages. This is not true, unless you wore a Corset very tightly every day in your very formative growing years, and most adult females do not have to worry about that.
Over the years Corsets have become a symbol of femininity, sexuality and intrigue. Women seek the look and feel of the corset to further enhance her own sexual image and over all well being of oneself.
A Corset is the perfect piece of lingerie to wear if you are looking to bring more sexual pleasure to the bedroom with just a hint of restraint. A Corset brings beauty to what you embody and to what you wear.
Corsets are meant to flatter a woman’s figure by providing a rather tight fit around the body and then pushing the breasts in an upward position. This creates a one of a kind eye catching look that is sure to please both you and your partner.
Many women seek the benefit of wearing a Corset to appear to have a more slimmed down look to their overall appearance. Some women report losing as much as 3 inches off their waist lines while they are wearing a Corset.
Another benefit to wearing a corset is that it can provide a great deal of lower back and overall posture support. The wonderful thing about wearing a Corset on a regular basis is that not only will it cure your bad slouching habits; it will permit a forwardness about you that gives off the allure you are prime and ready for a sexual encounter with your partner. If you are sitting up straight and walking straightforward, you are secretly giving off a more erotic and promiscuous aura about yourself that your partner will see and feel right away.
Around the turn of the 17th century, Corsets were made out of such eccentric items such as Whale Bone, Ivory, Metal and even types of wood. These were considered the stiffening agents to create the formation of the Corset. Many women wore them as a style agent more so than a way to attract a mate. With the Corset having such an uncomfortable fitting history it is amazing why it didn’t go down in history as being one of most intriguing sexual foreplay devices.
Today, such extreme materials are typically not used. Cording and elastic styled underlayments typically create the base or the “boning” for the modern day look of the Corset.
What lies underneath the outside material is not as important as to how the corset appears on the outside. Vinyl and leather corsets are some of the most popular styles in intimate apparel currently. Satin, silk and lace with sexy embellishments such as ribbons, studs, O-Rings and chains embellish today’s stylish and hot new looks.
Corsets can come in different lengths and styles. A full length corset that lies just below the belly is a good choice if you choose to wear this as a single lingerie piece and add a garter and thong as an attractive accompaniment to the look. A thong is a good choice to pair up with a more mid-drift styled corset. A matching pair of boy shorts or panties is also a steamy choice to provide a stellar and erotic sense of style to the overall appearance you are after.
Many Corsets are strapless at the top and the tightness around the waist area pushes everything upward and therefore making easier for your bust line to support the entire piece of lingerie. Even if you are smaller busted you can easily wear a Corset.
There are some ultra stylish Corsets that offer a collar or even straps on either side to create an area for embellishments such as studs and buckles and other stylish add ons.
When initially purchasing a Corset you may think special sizing requirements are needed, and that is not necessarily the case. Be sure to follow the manufactures sizing and chart guide as specified with the brand you are purchasing.
You do not want to purchase a corset that is too big or too small, actually at first you may feel that the corset is extremely tight fitting; this is a perfectly normal feeling to have. It may be a wise idea that after you have initially purchased your Corset to try wearing it around the house for a while before you wear it for an intimate encounter. You may feel slightly uncomfortable after you first have the corset on and after it is fully drawn up in the back. You may also need some help from your partner to get it on for the first time. As time goes by and the corset as been conformed to your bodies natural curves and figure it will be easier for you to move around more freely in. After a while, wearing a Corset will start to feel almost like second nature and ultimately a very comfortable piece of lingerie that you will truly take pleasure in wearing.
Because of how the Corset forces your body in an upright position, you may find some added health benefits while you are wearing your Corset. Breathing may become easier due to the fact your chest muscles are more opened up. Your back may hurt a bit at first and you may experience slight pain or discomfort the first few times you are wearing your corset, but in time your muscles will become stronger and firmer and you will feel a whole lot better.
Surprisingly after your body gets used to the position it is in from the corset, you may actually feel weak, and even out of sorts when you are not wearing it due to how well it supports your body and keeps your muscles in alignment. Surprisingly you may wonder why it took you so long to buy a Corset in the first place.
Not only are there countless benefits to wearing a Corset that will help improve your body image and overall health, the benefits it will have on your intimate lifestyle is a fabulous outcome well worth the desires and heated sexual experiences you will soon be achieving while wearing your Corset.

    Wearing a corsets

Corset training, also known as waist training, figure training and the more familiar tightlacing, is a method of body modification. The waist and torso are sculpted using external pressure produced by a tightly laced corset. The waist and surrounding area are very gradually reduced over a period of months as the body slowly conforms to the shape of the corset. The wearer should feel comfortable at all times and any discomfort is a sign that the corset is too tight. As a general rule it should feel like a tight hug but not a breathless squeeze. It is very important to gradually progress with reduction as sudden extreme reductions can cause great discomfort. Let me dispel the myth that corset training involves suffering on any level, wearing a corset should feel comfortable, unrestrictive and downright sexy! It's common to forget you're wearing one (unless you pass a mirror and get a glimpse of those accentuated curves of yours!).
Now as to time scale, reduction can be affected by fat mass and abdominal muscle strength as both lengthen the process, but in general an inch a month is the norm up to around six inches, after which each extra inch can take a whole year to achieve. The corset also needs to be worn for at least 12 hours a day, with most dedicated tightlacers practicing a 23/7 rule - only taking the corset off to bathe and only loosening it to sleep, but its up to you to decide how far to take it, if your not enjoying it ease up.
It's also a common assumption (or just wishful thinking) that corset training for a few months can permanently reduce your waist size. Unfortunately it can't, although it can be used as a dieting tool as it restricts stomach size (in a similar way to a gastric bypass or band) and worn for a number of years will keep you thinner than you naturally would have been had you never worn a corset. However even dedicated tightlacers with years of waist training under their belt (bad pun) report that after only an hour unlaced their waists have expanded to a degree. This is because the soft tissues have only been displaced and not eradicated. Corset training does however have a semi permanent effect on the shape of your rib cage, which sounds scarier than it is, promise! The ribs are very flexible and will take on the conical shape of the corset over time. They will slowly return to normal shape if corset training is ceased completely, but it is easy to maintain rib shape with reduced corset wear. As for health issues, no medical evidence has been found to prove that even the extreme corset training of the Victorian era had negative health effects for those that practised it - and I've looked good and hard for it. The internal organs are moved around to a large degree but still function perfectly, in fact they are put under greater strain during pregnancy and this may be why the female body suffers no ill effects from corset training.

A short history of the Corset

In the 1830's, the corset was thought of as a medical necessity. It was believed that a woman was very fragile, and needed assistance from some form of stay to hold her up. Even girls as young as three or four, and probably directed by the best motives, were laced up into bodices.
Gradually these garments were lengthened and tightened. By the time they were teenagers, the girls were unable to sit or stand for any length of time without the aid of a heavy canvas corset reinforced with whale bone or steel. The corset deformed the internal organs making it impossible to draw deep breath, in or out of a corset. Because of this, Victorian women were always fainting and getting the vapors.
Women were thought of as the weaker sex, therefore their minds and bodies were weak. So the corset was deemed morally and medically necessary. Tight lacing was considered virtuous - a loose corset was probably a sign of a loose woman. To keep her innocence and virtuosity, a lady had to be chaperoned everywhere she went. She could not read or see any plays lest it excite her imagination. Even Shakespeare was thought unsuitable for ladies. A woman needed to protect herself from lustful men (and her own morality) by wearing heavily reinforced layers of clothing and tight corsets that made getting undressed a long and difficult task.
Working-class women (except when dressed for special occasions) did not go through the discomfort of wearing tightly laced corsets. They wore looser corsets and simpler clothes, with less weight. The higher up in class a lady was, the more confining her clothes were. This was because they didn't need the freedom to do household chores. Paid servants took care of such cumbersome matters.
